Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

The short version

This site gives you free home project estimates and an instant ballpark estimator. The ballpark ranges are illustrative budgeting figures — not binding quotes. Detailed estimates are prepared from the information you provide and are valid as described in the estimate itself.

Estimates and ballpark ranges

• Instant estimator ranges are broad, illustrative figures for budgeting purposes only. They are not offers, bids, or binding quotes.
• Detailed estimates are prepared free of charge based on the project details you submit. They are not final contracts; final pricing is confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.
• Actual project costs can vary based on site conditions, material choices, permits, labor availability, and other factors.

Acceptable use

Please use the forms and tools on this site for genuine project inquiries. Automated submissions, spam, and misuse of the contact forms are not permitted.

Content

The planning guides and articles on this site are general educational information, not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. Always confirm project specifics with qualified professionals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lehigh Valley Estimates is not liable for decisions you make based on ballpark ranges or estimates provided through this site, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
